Hurst Embroidery has a 15 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the product in unused condition, and in its original packaging for a full refund on the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your item was personalized, returns and refunds are not accepted if spelling of embroidery design was at the error of the customer.
For customized products they will be ready to ship within 10 business days. For rush products, please contact Hurst directly.
